Lawtons Africa and Asafo & Co. announce landmark tie-up in South Africa

Lawtons Africa is pleased to announce that we have reached a landmark agreement to join forces with Asafo & Co. (a pan- African law firm) to create Asafo & Lawtons.

The Lawtons Inc Johannesburg office will continue to operate under the name Lawtons Africa and will continue operating in South Africa to support clients on engagements in the domestic market.

The Asafo & Co. Johannesburg office (a separate South African company called Asafo & Co. Pty Ltd) will trade as "Asafo & Lawtons" (“Asafo & Lawtons”).
