Zaakira focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including acquisitions and disposals, crafting constitutional documents for different types of entities, B-BBEE transactions incorporating minority protections, commercial arrangements, transaction advisory, due diligence reviews and corporate governance.

In addition, she provides regulatory and compliance advice to companies in a wide variety of sectors with regard to licence applications as well as the development and implementation of regulatory compliance frameworks.
